5-Step Setup
Follow these simple steps to get your QuantumShield up and running
Unbox Your QuantumShield
Open the package and verify all components are included.
- QuantumShield security key
- USB-C cable (for QuantumShield Pro)
- Quick start guide
- Warranty card
Connect to Your Device
Plug in your QuantumShield using USB-C or activate NFC mode.
- Insert the key into a USB-C port
- For NFC: Hold near your device
- Wait for the device recognition
- LED will glow cyan when ready
Install Software
Download and install the QuantumShield management software.
- Visit quantumshield.com/downloads
- Download for your OS (Windows/Mac/Linux)
- Run the installer
- Follow on-screen instructions
Initialize Your Key
Set up your security key with a unique PIN.
- Launch QuantumShield Manager
- Click "Initialize New Key"
- Create a strong 6-8 digit PIN
- Confirm your PIN
Register with Services
Add QuantumShield as a security key to your accounts.
- Go to account security settings
- Select "Add Security Key"
- Follow the registration flow
- Test the authentication
